Spruce up ensuite...paint and mosaic tile questions?

We've been in our place six years now and are slowly starting to repaint and spruce up the rooms bit by bit. Decided to tackle ensuite yesterday, and what started as a scrub the tiles is becoming an almost total redecoration.

Got some great new fittings in Homestore and More, most on sale from €29.99-49.99 to €9.99-14.99. Went to hang these and on removing the old ones realised that the room could do with repainting.

It's a bog standard magnolia, no plans to change that. Bedroom is a shade of green so no worry about magnolias matching. Should we buy specialist bathroom paint or would we be ok with a standard emulsion? Hoping to use a one coat gloss/undercoat on the wood?

We have mosaic tiles on the floor (huge mistake...regardless of what box says, never put mosaics on the floor). These need re-grouting at this stage. Easy enough to strip out the grout between the large tiles but what of the fake grout between the individual mosaic tiles...would we be ok to just grout over them too?
