I'm starting a total apt renovation in about 1 month. I'll need plumbing materials/bathroom suite/insulation materials/wooden floors/tiles and a new kitchen. I priced materials around north Dublin in the past few days. My brother did a similiar job about 2 years ago. I note the price of kitchens have come down significantly and some good value out there. However other materials have in most cases increased in price.
Have any AAM users sourced above materials in Northern Ireland? Any feedback on NI suppliers/value etc?
