Someone used my mobile number to buy a 3v voucher

Got a text message aboit half an hour ago from 3v thanking me for purchasing a 3v voucher, goving the expiry and ccv2 details. Thing is I didn't buy one. I think someone has registered my mobile to get one.

Should I be concerned by this at all?
 
I would imagine you should. Have you contacted ptsb/3v whoever?

Any chance you purchased one in the distant past and this is a delayed receipt?
 
Never used that phone. Funny thing is I tried to register that phone for a card months ago and I was told it was already in use.
 
I would act sooner rather than later. If the voucher was only issued today then it may still be possible to cancel it (or it may not) but the thing is you are most likely witnessing someone robbing you right now, so the sooner you get it in gear the better for you.
