Some Questions About The Tools Section In Mozilla Firefox

Just looking for some help folks!

I came across this stuff when I went into the tools section, then clicked on options in Mozilla.

In the content section, should I enable Java? What is Java even?!

Also, in the privacy section, should I accept cookies from websites?

Help would be appreciated!
 

enable Java, vip, and java script, enable cookies, but not 'third party' cookies.

Java is a tool that enables video/streaming viewing...... stuff like that.
 
If only Firefox had an add-on to pour you a cup of Java...
