If you are selling development land (which by its nature will be valuable) you don't need the cheapest solicitor in your area - you need the best, or one of the best - at least one that you can trust for integrity, competence and general reliability. Otherwise you stand a very good chance of being badly ripped off in the sale process. Get recommendations from family or friends and select from those recommended.
