I'm pretty sure I'm going to have my offer accepted in a few days and I'm looking for advice and recs on solicitors in the Dublin 12 or 24 region. House is in 24 but I'm living in 12 right now.
Can anyone advise on good solicitor and what price I might expect them to charge? I'm a FTB and offer is at 225k right now.
