Hi,

I am in the process of buying my first home and am looking for recommendations on a good solicitor in the Cork city area. I am looking for someone reliable and with reasonable fees so if anyone can recommend someone they have used or know of a solicitor in the city for this sort of stuff that would be great

Just wondering has anyone used O'Hanlon O'Dowd Solicitors in Glanmire and would they recommend them

Anyone have any recommendations on decent honest property valuers & any reputable companies to get an engineer to carry out a structural survey?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
