Solar Panels, Back Boiler and Oil

Hi all, I have searched through older posts but not finding exact answers I am looking for. I am currently building a new house, my heating and water systems are as follows:
Underfloor heating using oil
Solar Panels
Stove with Back Boiler

Can I explain how the tank system I think will work for the Solar Panels etc. If I put the 300L tank in the attic and the solar panels will heat this water and when the stove is on the back boiler will also heat the water in this tank also. This tank will then feed into a smaller tank in the hot press and this tank will provide water for the showers and running water. I will also have the option of the emmersion on this tank in the hot press and when the back boiler is not on the oil can be used to heat the rads in the upstairs.
I amgoing to chat with my plumber before confirming all this and how exactly it will work but any ideas or info would be helpful.

Hi

As you have underfloor heating also have a buffer tank installed. this is very important for underfloor heating. The buffertanks come also with a solar coil in them. Underfloor heating works at low temperature, it is a great system if installed properly. Have you thought of a wood pellet boiler rather than oil??? It is cheaper to run and no emmission.

The stove, oil boiler and solar can heat this buffer tank, but check it out if 300 liters is enough. tis will then heat the water in a smaller tank also being for domestic use, shower, washing up etc. I would rather think you will have a 1000 liter buffer and a 300 liter domestic hot water tank.

You went already half green why not go the whole way have a look at http://www.sht.ie (www.sht.ie) or www.kwb.at you do not say the size of your house but have a look at these two web sites for biomass. on the SHT site you have the TDA, that burns both pellets and logs its a great system to run.

Just a thought
hope this was helpfull
