I ma hoping someone out there can help me in my quest for a software package for my business. We sell advertising space in various business' throughout Ireland.
Basically we sell the adspace and give the ultimate owner (retailer) of the adspace a commission on the sale. We then invoice the advertising agency less their commission of the sale.
There are also specific requests from advertising agencies for specific outlets, so they need to be booked in and recorded in advance of the actual ad campaign.
We would like to be able to produce a monthly commission statement to give to our retailers, and also be able to produce invoices to give to the advertising agencies.
The main reason is to keep track of campaigns booked, and more importantly freeze out certain retailers where a campaign has already been booked. So not to double book adspace to two clients in the same space!
Sorry if this is a little vague, and we could build a proprietary (expensive!) version, but was hoping that there may be something out there that would fit our needs.
