Social Housing policy since foundation of the State

I recommend that anyone with an interest in social housing listens to Professor Michelle Norris's David Now Lecture titled "Unmaking Home: Making Homes for Shelter or for Investment".
It is an excellent overview of housing policy for the last 100 years.
I can't find a direct link. Maybe some other poster can do so. It's well worth the effort.
