Snagger: qualification required?

I am looking for somebody to do a snag of my new 2-bed appartment in Dublin. They seem to be a good few companies offering this service, all at pretty much the same price.
So, in order to select one, is there any particular qualification that they should have ? anything else i should check?

Matt Cooper on Todayfm did an piece on snagging last week. I only caught the end of it. Basically, he had a guy on that wrote a book about snagging and also has a website with all the details of snaggers.

Also, maybe might be of some use to you
