Has Anybody Ever Been Put In A Situation Where They Have Had To Close The Purchase On A New Housebefore The Snag List Has Been Completed?????as I Am In This Situation.
Why do you have to close before the snag list is completed? I've done it but only because I knew the developer and trusted them to actually complete the list. If I didn't trust them, I wouldn't have closed.
apparantly it is in the contract. we were toldto close on a certain date or interest penalties will be charged. This is only once there are no major structural defects on the snag which in my case there isnt.
