If my daughter received a gift of €2000 from myself,does she have to enter/declare it on her form11 tax return?

See here for details of this allowance. As Brendan says she does not need to declare it but it is a good idea to keep a careful note of the details around the gift. As you will see from the details in the link she could actually receive €3,000 per year from you.
