What is the best way to repair a small, tiny really, chip in bathroom basin. There is the chip and a small crack leading away from it. The crack is barely visible and not deep. Indeed you would need to run your hand on it to know its there.

Thanks

If you mean DIY I'd clean out the chip, fill it with tile adhesive, sand down the surface & seal it with matching gloss paint.

If the crack is growing it drill a tiny hole at the tip of the crack to stop it growing further & fill the hole the same as the chip.

But ask yourself the questions first, is it really so bad / annoying that you want to repair it?

or you could try these guy's: http://www.integritycoatings.ie/

no association.

good luck with it.

Thanks for the replyNo, but I was concerned it would get bigger if not repaired

You're right, the crack may "propogate" but if you drill a small hole at the end of it, that should "terminate" it's "propagation".

There I actually used something I learned in college, albeit 15 years later.

Out of interest what "initiated" the crack? (getting carried away now...)
