Slightly incorrect address on lease

Tenant has been living there for some years, after a rent increase a new lease was issued my the managing agent. The address was slightly wrong. Should I be worried? He told me it is nothing to worry about. But I am detailed oriented and think it should be correct asap.

What say the aam collective?

The difference is similiar to "street" versus "avenue"

I wouldn't worry about it.

It's a Part 4 tenancy so the lease agreement isn't particularly important.
