My sky box/connection has broken down four times since April. This time they said they would have to send an engineer out as it couldn't be sorted over the phone. However, the wait for an engineer from today is Monday 8th November. I think this way too long and completely unacceptable to be without TV for 9 days - just shows how much kids and I are dependent on it! Does anyone else think this is unacceptable or is this just the norm? I've not had to have an engineer come out before, so just wondered whether this was an exceptionall long time to make a call-out.

Not sure what to do - but probably wont return to Sky when contract ends.
