Sky + recorded program pausing

Have a problem with sky + a few of my recent recordings are pausing throughout the program went i am playing it, also if i fast forward it is skipping and not doing it in "realtime" if you know what i mean.

I have tried plugging it out and leaving it for a while

Is the memory almost full? If so, deleting some stuff seems to help.

You could try a system reset - it's in the Installer menu.

Be aware though, that it'll wipe anything you have recorded, so save onto disc first if you really want to keep something.

you get the odd recorded program like that. the only thing you can really do is delete it.

have plenty of memory, never happened before, tried to watch a movie the other night, drove me nuts
