Sky box turning itself off.... help!

My sky box keeps turning itself off and i have to unplug it for 20 seconds each time before it will come back on, Anyone know whats wrong or anything I can do to fix it?
 
Usually if this persists, it means that the software in the box needs an upgrade. Ring Sky technical support and they will upload it to your box within about 20 minutes, if that is the problem.
 
Thanks a million, It seems to have righted itself again for now
 
could be overheating , a bit problem on some older sky boxes.. make sure the vents are clear and its well ventilated...
