I have just bought a site with a boarded up old house on it.It will at least 12 months before I can afford to do anything with it.What insurance cover would I need and where would I get it please
If the house isn't totally dilapidated, then a unoccupied property insurance policy should be sufficient. Most insurance brokers will have a number of different options to place this.
