Sinking Pavement

I live in a 10 year old semi. I have notice that the back corner paving has sunk about 10 mm plus the drains ( I can tell from the Gully)
There is drainage from the back garden in this area Is this settlement or should I be concerned?

We should all be concerned.
I've noticed a lot of settlement around the Dublin suburbs since last winter.

I've photographed spalling and flaking of masonry and brickwork from garden walls since the spring.
It looks like the deep and prolonged frost caused materials to be damaged and this has shown up as they have warmed up.

The corollary to this may have occurred underground where structures have been loosened by the deep frost and groundwater has carried away material.
This is possibly a normal process and hopefully it'll settle without too much unevenness to paths or damage to superstructure - its almost like watching a very slow earthquake.

Keep an eye on things though...

Thanks ong, that’s reassuring it has me worried, but what about the drains dropping slightly. we did not get such a deep frost in Cork, my water supply is not very deep and would have frozen.

I'm not trying to give a false sense of security roker - I find it quite unsettling myself.
I've seen several houses where it looks like the path has dropped away.
My comments above only suggestions - I'm not a civil engineer.
