Single trip insurance - USA

I am looking for recommendations please for single trip insurance for family trip to USA in December. I already have free multitrip (EU only) on top of my car insurance, but cost about €140 to upgrade it to incl this US trip.
Any tips welcome, looking for all cover incl cancellation, Covid etc. We have medical insurance which has worldwide cover

You haven't said what the "family" party is comprised of in terms of ages etc.

Shop around and check the policy details and terms and conditions to make sure that the cover suits your specific needs.
 
If ye all have health insurance, consider a policy with one of the health insurers. I have found VHI to be good value. You don't need to be with VHI to have their policy, but you do need some health insurer who gives at overseas cover.
