Single mum entitlements

Hi guys

I've just found out that I'm pregnant. My ex (I broke up with him at Xmas for cheating) doesn't want to know but says he will help financially. Can anyone tell me what other entitlements I am entitled to? I work full time and own my own house.

hi esme, im finding myself in the same situation, myself and partner are separating. im a teacher but he is unemployed. we have a house and mortgage of 1500. im presuming he'll just walk away as house prices gone down so much it would be ridiculous to try sell it and get in even more debt. but am i entitled to any more benifits once he's gone??? i'm so broke!! cant cope.

When you say your ex says he will help financially don't forget he has the same obligation to support his child as you have
