single father with no entitlements

shared home owner with ex partner with three children who are living with mother,unemployed and living with brother in his home. Can anyone tell me what housing entitlements i could get as i have joint custody of my children and have nowhere to take them overnight when i have my access ??? struggling with getting information from local authorities and TDs .

Are you the father, and you live with your brother and you want to know whether on the basis of having joint custody of 3 children whether you are entitled to have a property suitable for a family of 4? Is that the situation?
