Signing out of land

My parents have been asked by our neighbour to sign out of a small corner of land the appears on our deeds but has been used by him for some time. My parents are the limited owners of the land as they transferred it to me, I become full owner when they pass away. My qestion is whose signiture is needed, mine or theirs or both?

who ever is the registered owner must sign it away. However,it would be rare in current times to simply do this without specialist legal opinion. I would stringly suggest you consult a solicitor.
