Signature policy

Hi there

I was able to put a signature on my posts (just the site name as per guidelines) until recently. The ability to do that now is gone under my CP.
Has the policy changed on this?

(I did get an email from admin when I started posting advising that 1.) my username was not appropiate and this was changed by admin and that 2.) I should not post signature in unrelated forums which I have not done since - and I have no problem with any of this whatsoever, beginners mistake)

So really I'm just wondering has policy changed as I didn't see anything in the guidelines and I'm pretty certain I haven't done anything against the rules in the meantime? Is it being restricted to 'Frequent Posters'?

Yes it is restricted now to Frequent Posters

Too many people were abusing it and ignoring the guidelines.

You can still manually put in a signature at the bottom of relevant posts.

Thanks for clarification Brendan...I'll leave putting in a sig till I've earned it through 'frequent poster' status as I'd like to contibute to the AAM site in a meaningful way and not abuse any rules.
