Hey,
Am building a house at the moment and was looking to put down Sienna distressed oak engineered boards as we have underfloor heating. Anyone any experience of it? We're getting prices of roughly €65 per square metre in the south. Would it be cheaper in the north?

we got the sienna distressed oak boards from Mullen Domestic up in Enniskillen, we paid £44 per square metre. They're beautiful boards.
€65 is a good price for down here, cheapest i had seen was €89
Mullen have a website and deliver for free, remember the guy saying to be 90% of their turnover was coming down south.
