Should we rent or sell?? 
Have one bed apartment up for sale (in nice quiet area, with train and bus 10 mins walk. Only 3 other apartments in building). Have got offers of 60 thou less than asking price but have refused same due to negative equity. Have about savings of 70 thou but wanted to use for deposit for house and stamp duty. Should we keep apartment, rent it and buy house in 6 months or so. Or should we sell apartment and use savings to get rid of it?
Baby on the way and need to move! Bank have approved us for a second morgage for a house if we decide to rent apartment????
