was in private sector good job when house bought in 2004..joined public sector in 2008 in hope of progressing up quickly when private sector industry declined...didnt happen and now on less income than 5 yrs ago..studying degree in order to progress to increase income..child in college in 2014...no maintenance from ex for child either.(dont go there)
FIS of €25pw due to stop in Nov 13.(dont know if eligible again)

Hi just wondering if anyone can advise me on where to go from here with bank? They have told me my mortgage is sustainable if I restructure my secondary debts (which I have done)..any advice welcome. ..:)
