I received a pay & file reminder in the post. I was not sure what was all about as I am a PAYE worker. After a few phone calls to the tax office I found out it was because I had been granted share options. I have not exercised the options, do I have any tax liability, do I have to return the Pay & File as well as Form 11? Incidentally the options expire in 7 years. Have I been registered inadvertently as having non PAYE income?
