Sewage Treatment Plants vs Septic Tanks

Hi,

Seeing as now hardly anyone gets to put in a septic tank. How are people finding their sewerage treatment plants, with running on electricity and some having to pump the treated effluent uphill to percolation areas etc.

I would love to hear how people are getting on with theirs. Are they breaking down much or are they trouble free, regarding pumped systems are they sore on electricity do they break down etc.

Its surprisingly difficult to find any feedback or experiences people are having with their particular systems. Hopefully some people will reply because I can find very little about how troubled or trouble free they may be.

Bit of a bump here,

Anyone with a treatment plant (other than septic tank) in for a few years with no problems and happy with their system?
