There is one though where a palm sized lumpe of plaster has fallen out and a decent crack running near ceiling height the lenght of the room. Have a few pics. Should I go back to the builders or do I just have to fix these myself. Any ideas please.

S SteelBlue05 Guest 18 Nov 2005 #2 Builders usually guarantee structural integrity for 10 years I think. Check with the builders.
C ClubMan Registered User Messages 52,948 18 Nov 2005 #3 If you're talking about the Homebond 10 year structural guarantee then bear in mind that this only covers serious structural flaws that the builder will not rectify. In my experience getting Homebond to sort such stuff out is a waste of time.
