Settlement Cracks

I have been in the house 2 years now there are a few cracks around the house, as I would expect.

There is one though where a palm sized lumpe of plaster has fallen out and a decent crack running near ceiling height the lenght of the room.

Have a few pics.

Should I go back to the builders or do I just have to fix these myself.

Any ideas please.

Builders usually guarantee structural integrity for 10 years I think. Check with the builders.

If you're talking about the Homebond 10 year structural guarantee then bear in mind that this only covers serious structural flaws that the builder will not rectify. In my experience getting Homebond to sort such stuff out is a waste of time.

Rang the builder today, he has promisied to send someone up to have a look next week.
