Can anyone advise me where a company should go to investigate the possibility of setting up a company pension scheme for its employees. Does anyone have any info on this?
There's more information about the other alternative for employers, PRSAs on the Pensions Board's website here.

You can go directly to a pension company to set up a scheme for employees but you'll get a wider choice and possibly more flexibility on charges by dealing with a broker. (I can say this without fear of contradiction despite my obvious conflict of interest. I welcome any further comments from any non-broker posters for balance.)
