Service days for part time worker

Quick question,If a person worked in a job where 39 hrs is the working week and they work part time 19.5 hrs per week .3 Service days have been given for people who have worked over 10 years for the company .

Now the part time worker gets the 3 days aswell is it pro rata as per holiday's or is it 3 full 8 hours . I just read somewhere that a part time worker cannot not be discriminated as to that of a full time worker.


Current holidays is 20 x 4 hours for part time,(full timers is 20 x 8 hours)
Full timer is getting 3 x 8 hr day extra (24hrs)
Does the service days mean 3 x 4 hour for part time ?
Just wondering are they correct in saying 3 x 4( 12Hrs)

The days should be pro-rated.

Your employer is giving a full-time worker 3 service days and is giving a part-time worker 3 service days .

There is no discrimination there .

Its likely that payment would be based on your daily hours worked . - in the case of a part-time worker here is 4 hours per day .
