i have only one quote back at the moment for the puraflo and its is dear, but there are also stating that it works in conjunction with a septic tank, so overall its alot more expensive than the €1500 suggested
1) i have to install a septic tank anyways,
2) there is a running cost as power for an pump and alarm (electrician also required)
3) pump = moving parts likely to cause problems in the future
4) filter material has to be replaced every 10-12 yrs
i understand bison is cheaper ( i await the quote)
My trial hole test states i may use a septic tank, if i propose that in my planning application - do i have to stick rigidly to it, (in other if i decide at construction stage to switch over to effluent treatment center, will i be in bother?)
