Sepration and family house

I have recently seperated from my husband he walked out ,I have one child.He dose not want anything to do with the house anymore.i cannot buy him out as i only work part time.i do not want to sell the house as i have put so much into it and i do not want to unsettle my baby .what is the best way through this. as any one advice

See a solicitor. If you can't afford one, apply for Legal Aid or go to a FLAC centre.

Without knowing anything about your finances ( how much house is worth, if there is a mortgage and, if so, for how much, how much husband earned, if he's paying maintenance etc.,etc.,etc.,) its not possible to give any advice.

Whatever you do, do not ignore bills or mortgage payments - try not to let debt accumulate. It does not go away and has to be dealt with.
