My sister is still living with my parents. She has just recently got a computer and would like to be able to use the internet in the house. My father pays the phone bill and has arranged some package with some provider (not sure who!) that suits his phone usage. My sister would like to get access to broadband (there is broadband available down the phone line in our area). She would like to keep it separate from my fathers phone set up - separate bills etc. Are there any options for this?
