Selling shares from employee scheme - is there any change to exposure to tax?

Hi, could someone tell me if there is any changes to tax liability on shares which have been given by a company to an employee.

The shares are tax free after a period of time, not sure if this is 3 or 5 years.
This waiting time is up ( 3/5 yrs)..

Is it wise to sell before the budget?
Or will there be any change,has there been any change?
