want to sell our house, are 2 and a half years into an occupancy agreement of 5 yrs in length( we had to qualify for local needs in order to buy the house which was 2/3 built) changes in circumstances could do with selling asap- we obviously would have very restricted market at mo as can only sell to those meeting local needs - any way out of this / around this so we can sell more easily ??? Council not very helpful. as far as i know there is a clause involving financial difficulty but dont know exactly what that means? any ideas info would be greatly appreciated.
