Selling percentages

Hi All.

I've an online business coming online the end of November to raise funds for advertising and coding updates. I want to sell % of the profit.

Is there a site where I can find people looking to invest ?

I don't want to show the site here as it's not ready and don't want to give the idea away.

It's a shop of sorts.

Any info would be great.

You need to speak to an accountant or some other business advisor quickly.

"I want to sell % of profit" doesn't make a lot of sense. If you are selling something, you will be selling a share in the company. That is not just a share in the profits, it's a share in the full ownership.
