askink how much to pay solicitor and can bank draft be made out to me alone as i am the sole owner, or has it to be made out to solicitor as person buying wants to hand the bank draft to me confused,, thanks

The purchasers solicitor transfers the money to your solicitor. I woudlnt be accepting a draft for 100k. And you've posted this in affordable housing and shared ownership so you are unlikely to be the sole owner.
