Would have to say advertise with www.daft.ie and then maybe the local paper (ie Tallaght Echo etc) depending on your response from daft i would hold off on the paper advertsing.
You could also advertise in local shops and buy and sell.

for the last place i sold i emailed the details to all of my friends and asked them to pass it on to their other friends.. also print out the auctioneers brochure of your house and stick it up at work .. some people don't like to do this but it can generate a few calls to the auctioneer and you might get lucky.
also if you have some friends working in large companies get them to put it up on their notice boards.. it worked for me in the past
