What specific question do you have or what issues are of concern to you?

Me and partner are thinking of getting a house together. Not sure of the value but ones we like are in the order of 500k. Hopefully we can afford this? My question is would i be better selling the property that i own or keep it rent it out and buy another house/ home. We are not married

You won't get a joint mortgage of €450K on your combined incomes while you have a mortgage already. You will either have to sell or look at a cheaper house.
