Self Build Need Info on ICF

Hi,
Can you please recommend a company for ICF? What was your experience with them? Can you make any recommendations any tips?
We are at the foundations stage and have been looking at ICF!
Any one any experience with the ICF ROOF?

I am go to use the Reward system. No particular technical reason why but the company quoted us through local builder that we trust and have a good rapport with.
