Our self build must be nearly finished if I can start thinking about this. We've .8 of an acre and I'll need grass seeded early in Spring as to provide the two small men a safe play environment.
We will have alot of the site works finished prior to moving in. dh and dad are doing the kerbing themselves. We have our driveway organised too. There will be no heavy piles to topsoil to be moved and the earth is good quality. So if anyone has indicative prices of what we can expect to pay or reccs!
