Section4 after 4 years

I havent searched, but will do later tonight.

With the changing legal requirements, I have a question.

The ability to evict tenants after four years, under Section 4, no questions asked, that has been removed recently, hasn't it?

Yes, of course Part 4 still exists.

The four year Part 4 tenancy cycle was extended to six years for tenancies coming into existence after 24 December 2016.
