Section 115 and CA24

CA24 Part 6 section 5 (b)
State the position as to election under Section 115 of the Succession Act, 1965.
Three options: Not Yer Ascertained, Elect or Not Elect.

Section 115 seems to be applicable to when a person dies testate or partially intestate.

What would the correct answer be in case of intestacy?
Is it left blank?

Hmm I think I will leave it blank as the person died intestate.
I'm sure if the probate office have an issue they will let me know!
