Was at a self build show recently and at one of the talks they touched on air tightness. They advised to seal all wiring coming down into plugs and light switches. Question is what should I use Silicone, expanding foam or Say Painters Caulk????? I have also been told there is a silicone like material called Tec 7. Which is best, and will not degrade over time. Any other advise on same
