Sealing of cavity

anyone got ideas on how i can seal the cavity on the outside of a newbuild in preparation for having the cavities pumped

There is stone to be put on the on the outside leaf at a later stage.
The block is stepped back also to allow for this stone.

I was hoping to put something in place that need not be removed at a later stage
