Now that we had someone power washing our driveway to get rid of many years grime and moss/weeds, we need to find some kind of sealant/filler to fill the gaps between paving bricks, the edges which are bevelled resulting with moss buildup. Power washing had dislodged some sand from the gaps. Would some softened/liquidified cement do? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance,

Yeah, use a specialist joint compound, but it would be best apply a sealant to the entire area. Power washing can make the pavers more susceptible to moss and algae growth, applying a decent sealant will mean you only need to clean every few years rather than months.
