I am about to start getting prices for screed flooring. I have a raft foundation and I intend to put down about 80mm insulation and 80mm screed. or 100mm/60mm if that is acceptable.
What kind of questions should I ask screed tradesmen ? How much should I expect to pay (2000 sq foot house) ?
